Chuck's Pulled Pork Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS
- 3 lbs of pulled pork
- 8-10 slices of thick bacon
- 2 cups of hot pepper rings
- 1 jar of Chuck's Salsa
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic pepper
- 2 teaspoons of chili powder
- 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
DIRECTIONS
- Dice hot pepper rings into fine pieces.
- Dice bacon into fine pieces.
- Combine pork, bacon pieces, hot pepper pieces, black pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and balsamic vinegar and place into slow cooker.
- Set slow cooker on high for four hours and walk away.
- Stir ingredients and serve on your favorite rolls or buns.
- Top with Chuck's Salsa and additional hot pepper rings.
