Chuck's Pulled Pork Sandwiches

  • 3 lbs of pulled pork
  • 8-10 slices of thick bacon
  • 2 cups of hot pepper rings
  • 1 jar of Chuck's Salsa
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of chili powder
  • 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar


  • Dice hot pepper rings into fine pieces.
  • Dice bacon into fine pieces.
  • Combine pork, bacon pieces, hot pepper pieces, black pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and balsamic vinegar and place into slow cooker.
  • Set slow cooker on high for four hours and walk away.
  • Stir ingredients and serve on your favorite rolls or buns.
  • Top with Chuck's Salsa and additional hot pepper rings.
